Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases on the Echovox platform, operated by Seeverb Limited.
2. Unused Credit Packages
If you have not used any credits from a purchased package, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Partially Used Packages
Once any credits have been used, the package is considered partially consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
4. Fully Used Credits
Credits that have been used are non-refundable.
5. Technical Issues
If a technical issue prevents a generation from completing (e.g., a server error consumes a credit without output), contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore affected credits.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@echoxovi.org with:
- The email associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Credit package purchased
- Reason for the request
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
8. Promotional Credits
Free or promotional credits are not eligible for monetary refund.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Purchases before a change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
